A French classic

A soft and mild white mold cheese with hints of nuts and cream, Brie (alongside Camembert) is probably the most well-known and imitated cheese. Authentic Brie is still made by hand in the Brie region, located east of Paris. There are several types of Brie but two of them, Brie de Meaux and Brie de Melun, have been granted the protection of AOC status and cannot be made from pasteurised cheese. Serve Brie with toasted sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin seeds for a perfect cocktail snack.
