A French classic with a buttery flavour

A modern version of the original fermier cheese (a peasant cheese from dairy farms), Vacherol is a classic soft cheese with a washed, orange-coloured rind. The cheese has a nutty aroma and a sweet, almost buttery flavour. Wonderfully mild, Vacherol resembles a creamier Port Salut.
