Castello Marquis

Soft, creamy and complex

Castello Marquis has a scent that evokes warm milk and root vegetables. The orange-coloured rind of white mold is dry and powdery, while the cut surface is pale yellow with veins of white mold throughout. Soft and creamy, Castello Marquis has a full-bodied, aromatic flavour that carries notes of mushroom, butter, and salt. The slightly acidic aftertaste has just a hint of bitterness.
