Tropical Fruit and Cheese Skewers

  • 200g Castello Light Havarti cheese
  • 8 skewers
  • 400g assorted tropical fruit, 2cm cubes
  • 2 limes, halved
  • ΒΌ cup toasted coconut
Tropical Fruit and Cheese Skewers


  1. Cut the block of Havarti cheese into 24 even cubes.
  2. Thread the fruit and Havarti cheese onto the skewers randomly, allowing 3 cubes of Havarti per skewer.
  3.  Lay the skewers on a platter. Serve with a squeeze of lime and sprinkling of toasted coconut.
