- Beef steaks (400 g)
- 4 slices of Castello Burger Blue
- Salt and pepper
- Mixed herbs: Rosemary, watercress and redwood sorrel
Steak with Castello Burger Blue
Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Barbecue the steaks on high heat for approx. 5-6 minutes on each side. Once the steak is almost cooked to your liking, add 2 slices of Castello Burger Blue to each steak. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-7 minutes, before cutting them into slices. Finish with fresh, mixed herbs.
