Cheddar with duck rilettes

  • 350 g. Castello Matured Cheddar, diced
  • 100 g. Gherkins
  • 80 g. Pickled beets
  • 50 g. cleaned frisee salad
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. apple vinegar
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Serve with:
Bread and 4 tbsp. coarse mustard

Cheddar with duck rillettes, sour and sweet


Place the cheese on a platter with gherkins, pickled beetroot and duck rilettes. Turn the salad with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Arrange the salad on the dish.

Serve with bread and mustard.
