Cheddar pancakes

Recipe is for 8 delicious pancakes

  • 4 eggs
  • 175g flour
  • 200g grated Castello Matured Cheddar
  • 1dl milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
  • butter for frying
Cheddar pancakes


Whip eggs and milk with salt and pepper. Mix in the flour and whip until there are no more lumps. Add the grated cheddar and chives.

Fry in a hot pan for about 2 minutes on each side.

Top the cheese pancakes with Parma ham, lettuce, tomatoes, Castello Danablue and watercress.
